Belakang Padang Island a Car Free Small Old Village of Batam

Not far from Sekupang, a car-free small island, Belakang Padang one of the oldest part of Batam. This is a beautiful small island. Beca, a local tricycle vehicle is found here. A small village with a town facility with Car.

I took this photo from Belakang Padang, while at the top of a hill. And, the Immigration office is there. It's really an amazing view. However, we can see Sambu island on the other side.

Here all the pictures while I and my wife visited the island, and she was visiting the immigration office.

I've visited this beautiful small Island, a few times. As my wife's late grandparents home there.   I will visit again for more pictures for this blog.

From fried rice till seafood, from western to Indian foods are available in Batam. What else? Most of the dishes from around Indonesia you can get in Batam. Just you need to ask someone who know better than you. If you are new to Batam, and, if you are traveling from different country. Then, best is to ask somebody. By the way, if your smartphone, mobile or android is equipped with Google Maps, then for you easier too to know. Still, getting help from a human friend is more worthy than you can’t guess south or west after dark. People here are friendly. Don’t worry about that. Today I am talking totally about a different topic Opportunities in Barelang Area: More committing Openings for Investors, from my personal view as I am living in Batam for many years.  I found it seems more opportunities are beside industrial parks to utilize local Manpower.
