And, I start here from Batam center, as the majority of travelers from Singapore and Malaysia, enter to Batam by this port besides the rest of ports.

Batam Center Area


Kara Industrial Park

Office Address: Kara Industrial Park, Block C No 1, Batam Center
Location:
This is located in Batam Center area, and not far from the Sea Port and also, from the Hang Nadim Batam, Airport.
Facilities you can get, for example, ATM Service, Clinic, Shophouses, and Food court also, parking area for vehicles.
In 1992 started its operation.
Metal sampling, Plastic, tooling, cartoon, and electronics are the common activities of the tenants of Kara Industrial Park.
Next, you can visit another which is near too.


Cammo Industrial Park


Office Address: Cammo Industrial Park, Jalan Letjen Soeprapto, Batam Center.

Location:
Beside Duta Mas housing complex with a distance of a crossing road, also opposite of Central Park business complex which is a long row of shophouses or Ruko.
Started operation in 1995 on 18 Ha land area.
Food Court, ATM Center and praying room facility is available, as well.


Batamindo Industrial Park



Address: Jalan Rasamala, No 1, Mukakuning
Location: In Mukakuning area, nearby popular Panbil Mall, Panbil Industrial Estate and Villa Panbil.
How to Reach: By taxi, motorbike or local public transportation.
Public Transportation: There are some transports such as Angkot and Trans Batam.
Dine: Food Courts, restaurants and food stalls are available.
Medical Service: There is a clinic service adjacent to Batamindo Plaza.

Other Public Service:
Bank: Some Bank offices/ branch services are in Mukakuning Batamindo area.
Shop: Many shops are there besides the Plaza.

Parking: Quite good and enough parking space is allocated for Motorbike and car, as well as for bus and other vehicles.
By the way, in 1990, with an area of 320 Ha, this park started its operation.


Panbil Industrial Estate


Address: Panbil Commercial Area Block D No. 1-6
Location: Near to Batamindo Plaza and Industrial area
How to Reach:
Public Transportation:
As usual by taxi beside public transportation.
Dine:
Panbil Plaza in this area and with lots of choices of food and drinks. Food court and food stalls are services with varieties of Indonesian cuisine, also, with western and fast food service. For example, McDonald and KFC.


Other Public Service:
Banking
Bank and ATM center you can find at a few locations in Panbil Plaza area.
Shop:
Clothing, gold, moneychanger, fruits and vegetable and groceries, all you can find there.
Toilet: Public toilets for the shoppers and visitors, you can find at every floor of the Shopping mall.
Parking:
A huge parking area is allocated in the Industrial and plaza area for Motors and cars, also for other vehicles, as well.



Bintang Industrial Park II

Address:  Jalan Brigjen Katamso, Tanjung Uncang
80 Ha Land area, 2001 the starting of operation with some other facilities besides renting out space to different types of businesses. Food Court, Shop House, Clinic and ATM service facilities with 24 hours security system.


Citra Buana Centre Park 1

Address: Jalan Budi Kemulian, Seraya
In the year 1994 with 10 Ha land area, this Industrial Park started its operation. Minimart, food center, also praying room with 24 hours security system facility available here.

Further, from Nagoya Hill shopping mall, it’s not so far. Also, near to Budi Kemulian Hospital.


Citra Buana Centre Park 2

Address: Jalan Yos Sudarso, Batu Ampar
Started in the year 2002, 8 Ha area,
Food Court, Minimart and Praying room facility.
